Rocker, my friend asked me to add the songs of "Kachche Dhaage", and to tell the truth I had never heard it's name before. Though I had heard some of these lovely songs, but never knew that a single film had all of them. I now realize, truly I had missed something. This is for you Rocker!The haunting music is composed by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, who undoubtedly was one of the best singers ever. Btw, the film starred Ajay Devgan, Saif Ali Khan, Manisha Koirala and Namrata Shirodkar in the lead roles and was directed by Milan Luthria. Enough said, now download the songs and enjoy!!

Rangeela is directed by Ram Gopal Varma, and was released in 1995. It starred Aamir Khan, Urmila Matondkar, and Jackie Shroff. Although A. R. Rahman got the filmfare award for composing it's beautiful songs but I think Jatin-Lalit (who has not got a single award even after 11 nominations!!) deserved this award for his fantastic Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (it's just what I feel, I might be wrong, How do you feel about this??). The music is great with lyrics from Mehboob. I hope you enjoy the songs.

Deewana directed by Raj Kanwar was Shahrukh Khan's debut. He appeared together with Alok Nath, Amrish Puri, Rishi Kapoor and the late Divya Bharti. To tell the truth, I have not seen this movie, but definitely heard it's beautiful songs. Kumar Sanu has got a well deserved award for his 'Sochenge Tumhe Pyar Kare Ke Nahi' and the music is composed by the best directors of 90's Nadeem Shravan with lyrics from Sameer.

The Filmfare award winning Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, released in 1999 is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. It stars Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai, and Ajay Devgan and is centred around a love triangle. The beautiful music is composed by award winner Ismail Darbar, and he is at his best. The soulful lyrics is from Mehboob. Udit Narayan's 'Chand Chupa Badal Mein' is one of my favouite song. It was released in 1994 and was a blockbuster hit.Music of HAHK is composed by Ram Laxman and the lyrics is peened by Ravender Rawal and Dev Kohli. I like some of the songs of this movie, and also the movie. I highly recommend you all to watch this movie, if you have'nt. It is one of the best movies of the '90s. I hope you like it.

Pardes is a movie directed by Subhash Ghai, which was released in 1997. The film stars Shahrukh Khan, Amrish Puri, Alok Nath and newcomers Mahima Chaudhry and Apurva Agnihotri. When Subhash Ghai decided on putting Mahima Chaudhry in this movie, he changed her name from Ritu to Mahima cause the letter 'M' was lucky for a Subhash Ghai debut (Manisha Koirala and Madhuri Dixit).The music is perfect and is from the perfectionists of 90's Nadeem-Shravan. Yes! truly 90's was the time when whatever they composed was a massive hit. The soulful lyrics is from Anand Bakshi. I love "Do Dil Mil Rahe Hai", "Diwana Dil" the most. I hope you like them too.

Dil To Pagal Hai is a hindi movie released in 1997, depicting the love-lives of dancers in a musical dance troupe. It was directed by Yash Chopra. It stars Shahrukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor, with a guest appearance by Akshay Kumar.The songs for the film were composed by Uttam Singh. Lyrics were written by Anand Bakshi. I personally have bought an original audio cd of this spectacular album, and just play it to rejoice, whenever i want to feel fresh. I personally recommend this album to you.

Taal is a 1999 Hindi film directed by Subhash Ghai. The film stars Anil Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna, Aishwarya Rai, Amrish Puri and Alok Nath. It was a huge hit overseas as, Anil Kapoor, A.R. Rahman & Anand Bakshi won their Awards.
The music is scored by A. R. Rahman and the lyrics is from Anand Bakshi. Taal is an excellent album. It shows that AR Rahman has focused a lot more on melody in Taal, and that is main substance of music, melody.

Raja Hindustani is a bollywood film directed by Dharmesh Darshan and released in 1996. It is a tale of cab driver from a small town who falls in love with a rich girl. Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor play the lead roles. Aishwarya Rai was offered the lead role and was tempted to take it, but she wasn't looking into an acting career at the time and was busy with her studies. :)
Now whats my blog all about, the songs of Raja Hindustani were a huge success back in the 1996s and were acclamied super hit, the songs were playing loud and clear everywhere in India. Salman Khan (as Akash) is a romantic fool falling for every girl he meets. Sanjay Dutt (as Aman) plays a disabled man with a heart of gold and exceptional talent for writing beautiful poetry. Both of them meet and fall in love with the beautiful and down-to-earth, Pooja (played by Madhuri Dixit) in unusual circumstances - call it fate call it coincidence.Music : Has anybody not heard it? Gupt: The Hidden Truth' is suspense and thriller film released in 1997, and is directed by Rajiv Rai. The film starred Bobby Deol, Manisha Koirala, Kajol, Paresh Rawal, Om Puri and Raj Babbar. As I have not watched it, My knowledge ends here, but have heard that it was director Rajiv Rai's third blockbuster after Tridev and Mohra.The music was scored by Viju Shah and the lyrics is from the famous Anand Bakshi. It was definitely one of the best soundtracks of 1997 and the album up to this day is popular thanks to its rocking tracks. The best song in this album is simply "Mushkil Bada Yeh Pyar Hai" as it’s a Super-Duper Hit track with great music beats. I hope you like the songs like I do!

Baazigar is a 1993 Indian Hindi film directed by Abbas-Mustan, starring Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and Shilpa Shetty. It is a contemporary thriller about a young man who stops at nothing to get revenge. The film shocked its Indian audience with an unexpected violation of the standard Bollywood formula: The hero murders the innocent heroine. However, this film with an ambiguous hero did well at the box office. This was Shahrukh Khan's first movie as the sole lead and also Shilpa Shetty's debut film. Shah Rukh Khan received much critical acclaim and tremendous popularity as this film shot him into superstardom.
The music was composed by Anu Malik and it was the most successful album of the year, winning two filmfare awards for music. "Ae mere Humsafar"(best song of this album) and the title track are the songs I like the most, but all the songs are masterpiece. Check out!

Kuch Kuch Hota Hai is a Hindi romantic comedy film, released in 1998. The film was written and directed by the debuting Karan Johar and stars the popular on-screen pair of Shahrukh Khan and Kajol in their fourth of five movies together. Rani Mukerji features in a supporting role, while Salman Khan has an extended cameo appearance.
This movie is in the favorite list of almost all the girls that i have met. And one aspect that made Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was its super-hit music. Its music is composed by Jatin-Lalit and the wonderful lyrics is from Sameer. Each and every (except one) song of this film was a huge hit with the audience that made it the top selling album of 1998. One of the best romantic albums in the 90s. "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" is a great touching song.

The music for the movie composed by Jatin Lalit.The song "Pehla Nasha" was the first song choreographed by Farah Khan and has become more popular than the movie itself. I personally am in love with this evergreen romantic song. Its one on of the best romantic song. I recommend it to all.

Border is a 1997 blockbuster war film based on the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. J. P. Dutta directed and produced this war epic which stars Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, Pooja Bhatt, Sharbani Mukherjee and Tabu. The movie won numerous awards including Best Film at the Filmfare awards. Director J.P.Dutta won Best Director at the same award function while his father O.P.Dutta won Best Dialogues.
The movie is an adaptation from real life events that happened at the Battle of Longewala fought in Rajasthan (Western Theatre) during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 and Bangladesh Liberation War.

The music is composed by Anu Malik, and he has done a great job. "Sandese Aate Hain" and "Hamen Jab Se Mohabbat" are amongst my favorite tracks. So dont wait!

Ghulam was released in 1998 and was directed film directed by Vikram Bhatt. The film was a box office hit. The movie is inspired by the Hollywood film On the Waterfront. It starred Aamir Khan and Rani Mukherjee.Now the music is by Jatin Lalit, its hard to describe, its phenomenal.
